Cooking directions: Rinse well. Bring 1 cup rice and 2 cups unsalted water to a boil. Cover & simmer on low for 25 minutes. Removed from heat & let stand 10 minutes. You may also mix with white rice, just cook together. One cup dry yields 2-1/4 cups cooked.
